As a Senior Designer, I created strategies and architectures for new projects, designed and developed materials, and lead a design team of up to 8 people.Accomplishments:-Designed a 3-week, blended clinical training program that achieved documented improvement in day-one readiness and student engagement.-Proactively developed and co-designed an innovative training architecture for a major client. This approach became the standard across all business units within the company, and serves as a model for sister companies. -Designed 6-week clinical training program for a major medical device company. This included materials such as self-paced e-learning modules, virtual and live class sessions, workbooks, and supplemental training materials. The topics ranged from anatomy and physiology, to marketing strategy for medical device sales, to digital asset utilization.-Designed self-paced training on business acumen topics (such as contract creation, policies and procedures, etc.), and basic computer skills-Developed program architectures and strategies for prospective clients, including IT Project Management processes, new hire orientation programs, and standards training-Managed a team of up to 8 designers and developers, tracking budget and determining proper resource allocation
