I am a United States Air Force veteran with 9 years of experience in security, resource management, and leadership. My career has taught me patience, discipline, punctuality, and the ability to have empathy without allowing it to disrupt the completion of the job at hand. During the first part of my career, I worked as Security Forces which allowed me experience in nuclear security, local law enforcement, quality assurance, and operational management. I then transitioned my career into Manpower, which as a data analytics career field (with a sprinkle of human resources and continuous process improvement), I was able to hone in on my critical thinking and analytical mindset.One of the proudest memories I have from my time as a Manpower Analyst was when I was given the opportunity to volunteer as lead analyst for our base's non-appropriated funds businesses. Working together with our accountant and management teams, over 220 requirements and 10 facility processes were analyzed. We were able to reduce the Fiscal Year 2022 deficit by 45% which allowed for over $350,000 to be reinvested within our community.I will always hold gratitude for my Air Force family, and I look forward to entering this new chapter.
