-Processed billing packages for clients through ENVOY daily for home energy work completed in the SouthEast (GA, TN, NC, SC).-Processed and approved purchase orders on individual client portals to ensure payments would be received for additional work needed on job sites. -Submitted deposits into Plus & Minus and matched payments with coordinating jobs. -Assisted collections team with additional information when needed. -Reviewed emails involving the SouthEast division and completed necessary steps to resolve any outstanding issues.

-Managed and processed weekly imports from DASH of work completed for all clients (60+ production builder accounts) and merged into Quickbooks for invoicing. Manually invoiced smaller production clients. -Performed monthly reconciliation of credit card purchases made by 30+ employees.-Recorded deposits in Quickbooks. Handled both physical checks received in the mail as well as electronic payments received via email.-Managed Accounts Receivable for all Home Energy invoicing.
