- Designed 11 buybuy Baby stores for re-opening after the buybuy Baby acquisition. - Developed prototypes for future locations. Created RFI floor plans for potential re-opening & new store locations. - Assisted Store Operations Team with operating stores for graphics and signage.

- Designed new store & renovation fixture layouts and floor plans for Bed Bath & Beyond, buybuy Baby, Harmon, One Kings Lane, Christmas Tree Shops, and Cost Plus World Market. Fixture Plans were developed with customer journey and cost efficiency for construction. Renovation plans included reductions or expansions.- Created RFI floor plans for budgeting and feasibility of project. - After development of the fixture plan, worked with Store Operations, Merchants, Real Estate, Graphics, Construction, and Fixture Development teams during approval process to deliver the most efficient and cost-effective scope for all concepts. Incorporated cross functional teams’ comments into the floor plan to have a cohesive concept for approval.- Collaborated approved floor plan with Store Planning for DD set and Fixture Take-offs.- Track and maintain aggressive schedule for projects within cross functional partners and third-party Architects. - Created and updated inventory maps, capital expenditures plans, and architectural & fixture block library.- Established training materials & process.- Developed prototypes for BBBY, Baby and Harmon stores to be repeatable and scalable. Maintained changes to prototype changes for Eve living initiatives. - Designed Corporate Office seating plan and Mock store layouts.
