Recruitment & Onboarding: All aspects of recruitment and onboarding. Working with hiring managers to ensure they adhere to laws, regulations and policies. Job postings. Pre-employment testing, skill assessments, interviewing, maintain applicant flow tracking for AAP, background tests, drug screens, reference checks, e-verify, new hire orientation, preparing and updating personnel files.Employee Relations: Front line for HR department relations, credibility, HIPAA compliance, communicate policy and benefit changes, Assist in the investigation of complaints and grievances, coordination of employee engagement events, establish relationships with employees and executive leadership team. Conduct exit interviews.Policy Development & Maintenance: Developed employee handbook and orientation presentation. Maintained and administered several policies including attendance, call off procedures, disciplinary actions and award system. Execute HR administrative processes and services consistently.Payroll Administration: Reconcile time cards, research and resolve payroll differences, ensure accuracy, direct deposits, wage garnishments, employee reimbursements, support orders, respond to payroll inquires, review, analyze and check payroll records and ensure accuracy. Process Payroll Action Forms for new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations and hourly merit increases. Ensure all payroll practices are in accordance with the state and federal labor laws, including company policies.Benefit Administration: Organize benefit meetings during open enrollment, conduct employee wellness awareness meetings, enter employee benefits and medical support orders. Administration of, and employee assistance for health and welfare benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. FMLA, STD, Unemployment, Work Share & Worker’s Compensation administration.
