● Management of customer software implementations with customerimplementations inclusive of professional services activities needed for a successful deployment.● Work in partnership with sales, operations and product teams for successful high-adoptive onboarding and implementation● Provide consultation strategizing opportunities to expand technology solution and integration services in a SaaS platform● Facilitate platform training and consultation to ensure high platform adoption and customer empowerment.

● Support sales organization providing first level business system support and data analysis● Provide interdepartmental project support through the gaze and role of business systems and I.T function● ERP user support and problem-solving (record locks, print jobs, FIFO issues, Inventory Management Issues). ● Assist Programmers in research requirements to complete both fixes and modifications● Monitor Help Desk queue, emails and phone calls to provide/delegate support to all departments

• Analyze and troubleshoot inbound and outbound EDI process and data translation issues to determine root causes• Resolve issues and answer questions across all organizational stakeholders• Determine appropriate courses of action to resolve the issues with minimal business disruption• Use automation to eliminate recurring problems• Implement map or set up changes needed to accommodate partner communication changes / fixes• Work closely with the development team to take on support of recent implementations• Identify areas to improve process and team efficiencies

• Support project managers with tracking invoices, CPPM project • Developing project cost reports, proposal development, project schedule updates, • Deliverable transmittals and administrative review, etc.• Support project managers with preparing project plans and purchase orders• Track RFPs and proposals to ensure on schedule submittals

• Release and confirm payment authorizations and process invoices against appropriate contracts utilizing corporate work management tools (PassPort)• Track resources and programs for project management team• Assist using administrative practices for responsibilities

- Aggregate and analyze statistical data from several reporting systems (NICE, Siebel, Knowledge, Business Objects, Accovia, etc) for decision makers - Develop, implement, and support tools for project management initiatives for clients and partners. (i.e. Share Point and InfoPath) - Provide inter-departmental support for other functions such as performance analysis and incentive, system administration, and special projects.
