My current position at Homes for Good allows me the opportunity to oversee Compliance and Quality Control for the Rent Assistance Department. I work closely with both the leadership team as well as front line staff on identifying issues and developing solutions to streamline processes. My current role has also allowed me the opportunity to develop strong working relationships with other Housing Agencies around Oregon, as well as with our local HUD field office. In April 2018, I received the Employee Excellence Award from our Executive Director Jacob Fox and Division Director Beth Ochs. In addition, I have over nine years experience with Administrative Assistant work, Payroll, Quarterly reports, Certified Payroll Reports, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Marketing, and IT Coordinator. I received my Bachelors in Business Administration with concentrations in Management and Conflict Management, December 2010 from Northwest Christian University. My career goal is to secure a position within a growing organization to which I can utilize my skills, experiences, and schooling, so that I and that organization can grow successfully, while enhancing and improving our local community.
