As VP of Solution Consulting, I oversee an in-demand team that delivers and executes the pre- and post-close sales lifecycle, focusing on Infor’s Healthcare ERP. My goal is to quickly adopt the role as a highly effective executive partner across the company, working with key stakeholders in Sales, Product Management & Development, and Delivery to understand requirements, identify areas for improvement, and design solutions to drive internal decision-making. In this role I delivered:Successful sales/go to market campaigns, Industry presentations, Customer presentations to C-Suite, Content and adoption of Sales IQ & Demo IQ, Host webinars, Vlogs, Blogs, Host customer influence boards, Speaking with analystsAdditionally, I was engaged with all large, double comma, deals through strategic opportunity consulting with sales, resource alignment, meeting leadership and executive sponsorship. I have consultative relationships with our largest customers and deliver internal product leadership updates to keep the customers, the industry and Infor’s roadmaps in alignment.

I pioneered Infor’s demonstrations focusing on cross pillar solutioning. I led the development of and delivered multi day demonstrations with integrated story lines and compounding ROI that along with HCM have included WFM, EAM Factory Track, M3, CSF, Nexus, Syte Line, Talent Science, LMS, Birst, Coleman, ION, Ming.le and Infor OS.I have been recognized multiple times by Infor’s leaders for delivering deal closing multi product demonstrations. I originated and continue to develop demo techniques across product sets that align with “One Infor” strategies to deliver on that “One Solution”. Additional Projects that I delivered include - Demo for Gartner Submission 2020 – Live Demo Session Inforum 2018, 2019, 2020 - New demo environment build out for global team - New demo framework roll out - Certified Infor Mentor - Landit BookClub Founder - Committee Chair, Veterans at Infor.

As a Senior Solution Consultant for the HCM, I provided leadership in the field, I proactively coached for collective team success, and played an integral role in software license bookings year over year. I designed the content and delivered industry-specific demo suites, use cases, and stories that include Infor OS in live demonstrations. I operated at a trusted advisor level with Infor prospects and the Infor HCM management team. I delivered measurable improvements in the Solution Consulting team’s ability to scale and standardize demo best practices. My coaching and creation of industry specific toolkits for team use in the field was crucial to scaling collective team growth in a capable manner.
