Within the company, I worked across several areas, starting with endpoint technical support for customers, followed by network design, implementation, and general administration (Core, edge switches, ASGA, etc.), mainly in ARUBA (ClearPass) environments for 802.1x deployment. I also provided N2/N3 support for field technical teams; managed a proprietary data center for Cloud environments; and handled monitoring and management tools (Jira and Zabbix).
