• Acted independently as the UBC Okanagan Farmers’ Market Coordinator, planned and conducted the UBC Okanagan Farmers’ Market, recruited local vendors from the community, recruited and led a team of 25 volunteers, consulted various campus department stakeholders, and collected and coded feedback data• Worked with the Food Security Team to provide an educational Food Hub, hosted a range of food security programs including cooking classes led on Zoom, nutrition education sessions, and local food procurement initiatives (connecting local farmers with UBCO Food Services)
