Manage the operation of the complex including recommending and implementing program policy and procedure changes.Supervise, manage and train the Assistant Asset Manager and Receptionist. Organize and oversee adult and youth activities such as reading programs, computer programs, health fairs and mobile farmers market.Direct, supervise and monitor the responsive maintenance services and ensure that the residents and the property receive efficient and quality service.Work with contractors across the region to ensure properties are well maintained and to prepare units for rehabs.Identify safety and security risks to property and residents, and recommend and implement plans to reduce or eliminate those risks.Monitor and accurately report on the financial performance of the property in a timely manner.Assist department heads and other supervisors with special projects, as needed.Administer informal resident grievance process in accordance with established LHC policies and procedures and applicable HUD requirements.Establish and maintain positive relations by interacting with residents through formal and informal meetings, and through oral, telephonic and written communication.Interview prospective employees and hire or make hiring recommendations
