CurrentI joined DoStuff Media in 2021 as the pandemic started to turn around in the US and live events were starting to return at meaningful scale. My first objective was to take on our fledgling ticketing subscription product, and help lead an entire re-brand, a re-building of the product, and relaunch/scale nationally. Our team has developed a completely custom ticket inventory management system (backend) as well as a customer facing front-end UX. We handle product roadmap, member/customer support, partnership onboarding, digital/social and cross channel marketing, PR, ticket inventory management, GTM strategy, and customer growth for the DoMORE product. We have successfully scaled from one market (~400 paid subscriptions) in 2021, to 16 markets with 60k+ paid monthly members (currently). • On pace to launch DoMORE in 3 additional US markets, pass 75k monthly members by Q1, 2024.• Recently integrated the media/sales teams with subscription partnership team to create a robust integrated value proposition to the live event industry. • Negotiated key strategic partnerships with top live music and event promoters/ticketers/venues across the country.

In my role with the legendary agency TracyLocke I led creative development and execution of consumer facing brand engagements. I worked with such clients as Samsung, T-mobile, and Pizza Hut in helping them conceptualize, develop and activate programs around their strategic brand partnerships. In my five years with the agency I was the brand management lead for our wireless client MetroPCS; a client that I started with small one-off club deal consulting projects and built to what is now the agency’s single largest account. One of the unique aspects of anchoring a career within a large branding agency is that you learn to be a brand expert and curator above all else, and that all marketing initiatives must serve the paramount task of building the brand.
