About Andrew Lear

Started out at Matrix Warehouse retail store as a PC assembler and diagnostics & troubleshooting. After 6 months was ask if I was interested in assisting the accounts department (was studding Cost and Management Accounting) worked hard at implementing internal controls and setup Remote Connection to Branches to insure all inter-company transactions consolidated to head office management accounts reports using Fincon Accounting. 9 year later moved to Catervent Systems a manufacturing company as Assistant Accountant and IT Manager. After 11 months Became the Financial Accountant, IT and HR manager.
