Responsible for executing plans to set up both indoor and outdoor venues for events, including tables and chair positioning/arrangement as dictated by the planning assignment Check to ensure that the event plan is current and plausible. At Ready Mix USA, a large concrete company and subsidiary of CEMEX, I took on a role that allowed me to work directly in the operations of the company. I was responsible for coordinating deliveries with customers and maintaining a good working relationship with them. I also worked with drivers to utilize new technological systems that were used to maintain quality control and updated location information. Another of my responsibilities was coordinating with our materials providers, often determining how much cement, sand, and rock we needed to order and what time we needed the shipments to arrive.
