In February of 2010, Qbase, LLC of Dayton, Ohio was bought by a team of investors who opened a DC-area office in Reston, VA. Essentially a start-up, this $9M company brought me on to manage, solution, and write their proposal for the 6-year, $400M Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Information Technology Field Operations (ITFO) contract that would.

I served as a P3 proposal manager on a variety of engagements. At BearingPoint my focus was on Federal Government opportunities. As a proposal manager I coordinated all aspects of the proposal process.

As with BearingPoint, I managed all aspects of proposal development for the organization’s State and Local Solutions group.

Managed the Past Performance efforts on large Information Technology proposals to the Federal Government

Scheduled and coordinated AT&T Solution's Professional Development Program. Conceived and maintained learner registration system. Developed course evaluations and analyses. Writer/editor of proposal for company wide telecom implementation for Sears

Handled the day-to-day operations of a large truck stop in rural Louisiana. Duties included: hiring, scheduling, ordering, restaurant operation, and accounting. Supervised approximately 30 employees.
