Manage the activities of the Prototype Laboratory in order to assure that all samples are produced according to the global and customer requirements, Continuous support to production in order to improve the effectiveness of the processes with regard to quality, capacity, capability and productivity.FMEA responsible in the plant.Support to Production and Maintanance teams with the projects related to automation in order to implement new equipment, systems and to reduce downtime.Local management of the global MES.Local team leader for the operational excelence project to assure gain of productivity and continuous improvement.

Manage Quality Control Laboratories, ensuring compliance with safety standards, procedures, specifications and specific costumers requirements. Coordinate PPAP run QC testing and reporting for approval.Coordinate the evaluation for local new supplier qualification.Ensure the release or rejection of raw materials and finished products. Optimize the quality control processes, contributing for inventory turnover minimization and productivity improvement. Support Process Development Team in solving problem in production regarding quality and productivity issues.
