In conjunction with undertaking the “Energy Champion” role, whereby I am responsible for energy and environmental savings across the UK&I managed estate.

Sellafield, Cumbria

Operated as a consultant on behalf of BNFL. Took sole responsibility of conducting ROWD survey auditing of estates within Her Majesty’s Prison Service, along with drafting AUTOCAD reports for a number of security projects. This role enhanced my ability to take responsibility, use my own initiative and make decisions whilst developing interpersonal skills.

Crowne Plaza - London The City.

Led an executive team committed to the development of and eventual take over and opening of the hotel from the design and build contractor. I maintained the position of client representative, whilst being heavily involved in the design and eventual completion of this 250 room, 5 star hotel in the City of London. Trained the Assistant Chief Engineer and passed on the role upon my completion.
