• Oversee scheduling and implementation of state mandated peer reviews for 1700+ individual Texas accounting firms that provide attestation services to clients• Approve new enrollments in the Peer Review Program through research and verification with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy (TSBPA) and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA)• Manage and monitor annual subscription fees for all firms enrolled in the Peer Review Program. Implement collection procedures on as needed basis • Verify eligibility, process and approve Peer Review Program firm exemptions in conjunction with state and national organizations • Monitor and maintain confidential documentation for individual accounting firm records and files• Assist Peer Review Director with disciplinary actions for firms demonstrating noncooperation of professional standards in the Peer Review program

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

• Assist with creating and managing the annual 3.5 million CPE budget• Plan and coordinate organization’s Leadership Development Institute• Assist with planning and implementation of Annual and Midyear Board of Directors’ Meetings• Supervise and train department staff• Serve as liaison to the CPE Advisory Board of Directors• Manage events calendar for the association and 15 Chapter offices• Prepare RFPs, negotiate contracts and manage BEOs for seminars and conferences of various sizes• Develop web-based continuing education events• Proof and approve promotional marketing materials• Reconcile 300+ seminars• Review and approve all event and vendor invoices for processing • Prepare monthly accrual reports for Accounting Manager• Foster strong working relationships with board members, speakers, committee and staff members to better serve members of TSCPA• Maintain statistical records for all live, self-study and web-based programs• Create processes and systems to enhance department operations• Boost conference ratings by reviewing attendee evaluations and making calculated changes to improve attendee experiences• Monitor and purchase all departmental and event supplies
