About Andy Freeman

I founded my own company after considerable experience and published work in the area of wellbeing, mindfulness & spirituality and the charitable sector. Space to Breathe works in wellbeing and uses the arts and spirituality as our key tools. We seek to make wellbeing simple and accessible. Our aim is for everyone we meet to live well, live fully and live deeply.Space to Breathe works in Sheffield, South Yorkshire and across the country. We have been in operation since 2017 but this is an area I worked in as a self-employed consultant since 2017. I have 23 years experience in working in community, charity, faith & caring settings.
