My career in food and beverage started early as my first job as a dishwasher, from there I have worked virtually all positions in the industry. I completed culinary school in Washington at the Seattle Culinary Academy and furthered my education at Florida International University in their Hospitality and Tourism Management program. During that time and in between I have been employed as a chef in restaurants in Seattle WA., Portland ME. and Miami FL. I opened a restaurant in a boutique hotel in South Beach as a dining room manager and have managed restaurants in the Hartford area before my current position as food & beverage director at Wampanoag Country Club in West Hartford.
