A significant personal focus has been the development of the Connecting Wales initiative, working closely with key members of Welsh Government. Connecting Wales is a framework which enables any Welsh public sector body to procure the latest communication, collaboration and contact centre capabilities via the cloud. Designed and built for Welsh Government within on our own Agile Cloud secure environment, Connecting Wales is a pioneering shared contact centre platform that provides access to multiple digital services that are both affordable and efficient, and handing Welsh citizens more control over the services they receive and access to the information they need.I have also worked closely with some leading privtae sector businesses, providing continuous support, development and thought leadership throughout their sales and customer service environments, helping them retain reliable, robust and flexible platforms, and to stay ahead of their competitors.Having worked within communications and contact centres for over 20 years, I have gained extensive experience, and a broad knowledge of technologies and customer contact/customer service strategies that enable me to provide impartial, considered and results driven guidance for my customers.
