Creative lead on publications and corporate literature. The role includes creative direction across projects, new business development and pitches, overseeing the publication teams' output and overall line management of the extended design studio for Engage Group.

Senior level creative working primarily on employee magazines and corporate literature. Responsible for the successful running design team, numbering eight. Role included planning the weekly studio work flow, interviewing and induction of new designers, conducting yearly one-to-one team appraisals, mentoring junior designers and occasional targeted in-house software training. Creative lead on new business pitches.

Joined Citigate as a magazine designer within their large specialist publications team. Gained wide sector experience. Working closely with the creative director, I gained promotion from senior designer to Design Manager. Being involved in all aspects of creative, pitching and client liaison I was also lead creative and oversaw the development of all mid/junior designers. Managing the studio workflow ensured that I was integral to the company's creative output and continued success
