• Conceptualised and designed a new mobile app for the centre which would enable customers to track their progress through climbing logs, connect with like-minded people through a community hub and learn new skills/techniques with training videos. This idea will give our centre a really unique selling point and in the future the app could be licenced to other centres to generate additional revenue.• Instructed a team of coding experts to turn my idea into a prototype (currently in progress)• Project managed the launch of the latest Nottingham Climbing Centre website and manage the on-going updates and maintenance of the website.• Maintain staff training records and ensure all staff are up to date with relevant qualifications.• Recently developed a change management proposal to make the centre a more adult friendly environment, helping to re-build the business after the national lockdowns.
