  Outside GC is a new and innovative approach to legal services for growing and mature businesses. We are a team of senior business lawyers with substantial in-house experience who provide as-needed corporate counsel services at a fraction of the cost of either hiring a full-time executive level general counsel or relying exclusively on law firm counsel. For companies with no in-house legal staff, we act as the general counsel who handles the legal function in your company (a role often played by the CEO or CFO in the absence of a general counsel). We perform day-to-day legal work and manage the legal services provided by outside counsel. For companies that have a general counsel or in-house staff, we act as overflow attorneys, capable of being an extension of the general counsel, at a substantially lower cost than a traditional law firm, and without the need for supervision required by “contract” attorneys.
