I’m a native Austinite and currently a Customer Operations Partner at Roadie, where I focus on delivering seamless customer experiences and driving operational excellence. In my role, I manage client relationships, ensure smooth deliveries, and troubleshoot any challenges that arise. My goal is to support our partners in getting the most out of the Roadie platform, optimizing workflows, and improving overall service performance.With previous experience in account management at DTN and CharterUP, I’ve developed a strong foundation in customer success and operational strategy. My background in business development at SecureLink gave me hands-on experience identifying growth opportunities and working closely with clients to meet their specific needs. Having earned a BBA in Management Information Systems and Management from Baylor University, I also bring a strong technical understanding to the table, which helps me leverage data and insights to optimize processes.I’m passionate about helping customers succeed and excited to be part of the dynamic team at Roadie, where we’re constantly innovating to improve the customer experience.
