The work includes overhead and underground electrical and telecommunications systems, substations, dry transformer, UPS, lighting, fire alarm, nurse call, cameras, among others.•Prepare the projects schedule, coordinate the works according to the schedule, negotiate the orders of the materials and equipments, negotiate change orders, attend the weekly meeting, prepare punch list and as-built, among others.•Documents Preparation: (Cost Estimates, Change Orders, Daily Reports, Certifications, Payrolls, among others.). •Electrical Designs: (Power, Lighting, Telecommunications, Fire Alarm, Photovoltaic Systems, among others).

•Educate the residents in term of energy conservation and record the conditions of the unit (lamps, electrical hazard, health and safety, incidental repairs, water heater, etc.).•Review the scope of work of the audit to determine that the works indicated were completed by the Contractors according to the WAP standards and regulations.

•Supervisor of the technical staff in different Public Housing Modernization Projects. •Supervise the construction activities (electrical, civil, etc.) to ensure that the Contractor and Subcontractors realize the works consistent with the Contract Drawings and Specifications.•Documents Preparation: (Cost Estimates, Change Orders, Monthly and Daily Construction Reports, Meeting Minutes, Review CPM and Certifications, etc.).
