Finance Operations Manager
CurrentOwnership of COE operations ( Centre of Excellence BU). Team's responsibilities include: P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, utilisation monitoring and FTE planning. Reporting on profitability and taking actions to minimalize the risks. Working closely with Regional VP on resolving the issues related to business performance. Financial Planning & Budgeting - collaborate with different departments on their needs and how they fit in within company's strategic goals. Financial Analysis & Reporting- Monthly P&L reviews on key KPIs. Analyzing revenue and cost drivers to provide feedback to Senior leadership to make informed decisions. Backlog and Sales reviews to predict risks and opportunities and make the decisions on Workforce Planning. Forecasting- Monthly revenue forecasting review of the next 3 quarters; Rolling forecasts to predict future financial performance. Variance analysis Forecast to Budget. Monitoring debt and cashflow.Project governance - monitoring projects' health check; margins and variances to sell rate. WAR- work at risk- approving work in progress for potential customers. Utilization and time management- monitoring drops in utilization. Analysis of non billable time. Team leadership- provide timely feedback and mentor Finance Analyst. Business Development Funds- invoicing and monitoring spent; Commissions process- forecasting, invoicing and operationalizing the commissions process. Process improvements and automations- develop the best practice for reporting and tools. Investigating new CPQ tools. Operations management of global strategic projects (bonus schemes, SPIF, commercial processes, KPIs).Implementation of new technologies and systems.Compensation and incentives plans- Developing and operationalizing plans within the whole organization. Providing analysis what-if to leadership based on different performance scenarios.
