 Travelling to worldwide customer locations for commissioning of Paper sack line (including Printing machine, Tubing machine, Automation, Paper sack machine and palletizer). Responsible for electrical, software/Programming and operation related issues for the complete paper sack line. Providing electrical and maintenance training to customer personnel. Making customer personnels aware of preventive maintenance of machines. Accessing remotely customer machines via remote service to solve technical issues. Creating proper and timely service reports for job assignments and reporting to head office in Germany. Acting as a communication interface between customer and head office in Germany. Providing solutions to machine breakdowns, through remote access on machines or on telephone calls.
