Elected to the Board in January 2019. Stepping Out is currently undergoing a brand refresh and review of its Strategic Plan and the role of Marketing & Fundraising within it. With the shocking findings from the Royal Commission into Child Sexual Abuse, there has never been a greater need for organisations such as Stepping Out to support, mentor, and help adult survivors as they navigate their way through life. My role on the Board includes a role on the Marketing & Fundraising Committee as we develop a strategic framework to create awareness and increase support from all sectors of the community.

Evalu8ing is a stakeholder management system for measuring and improving collaboration, relationships, alignment and performance in complex organisational systems. Based on an online survey system used to map and measure the relationships and interactions within organisations and between organisations, it can uniquely include up to 8 different teams and an unlimited number of participants. Once the survey is completed by all participants a full report is generated using both quantitative and qualitative data and commentary. This is followed with a workshop facilitated by the Evalu8ing Consultant to engage senior stakeholders to discuss key issues and generate an action plan for implementation. Most companies investing in Evalu8ing run the survey every 6-9 months and will testify it is one of the most robust, informative and successful relationship management tools available.
