Lead Global Fund for Women's Movement Led Approach in Western Balkans to support movement led participatory grantmaking to feminist movements in Western Balkans. Conduct qualitative interviews with partner organizations and program team to identify successes, learnings, and challenges in the implementation. Write the evaluation report. Plan International & GreeneWorks Conducted qualitative stakeholder and expert interviews, program sites visits and literature review to identify innovative and effective interventions to address early, child and forced marriage in India. Women Deliver Update the 3 module course on sexual and reproductive health and rights for 300 young leaders from across the globe, develop a module on gender justice and youth advocacy.

Work with the board of directors towards advancing human rights of sex workers, advocacy initiative towards decriminalizing sex work, liaise with DC working group on sex workers rights. Coordinate with the board on Anti-Oppression Anti-Racism module, including hiring the Community Advisory Board and providing onboarding support. Leading the Institute's programs and sub-grants in India, Albania, Macedonia and Serbia, including managing grantee partner relationships, budgets, fundraising, hiring consultants and providing organizational support in an effort to increase Political Participation of LGBTIQ people. Support over 50 international participants, partners and speakers, including elected officials from Guatemala, Colombia, Peru, to attend 32nd International LGBTIQ Leaders Conference in DC. Coordinated with the offices of Out LGBTIQ Ambassadors for the publication, 'Out Diplomacy', in partnership with Centre for American Progress. Lead the participation of LGBTI activists, elected officials and advocates from the Caribbean at the Meeting of LGBTI Political Leadership in Latin America and the Caribbean in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

Conducted a extensive research and literature review of existing sexuality education, sexual and reproductive health related modules, including modules related economic development. Developed a curriculum to be implemented in schools in Delhi with young adolescent girls.

Develop a curriculum on sexual and reproductive health and rights of the program 'Safe Spaces Project' with adolescent girls in Rajasthan, India.

Supported conceptualization of an online feminist resource centre, with referral services regarding sexual and reproductive health for young people in Delhi. Communications-related work: conceptualized, recorded, and edited multimedia clips on queer activists for TARSHI’s eMagazine ‘In Plainspeak’; designed posters, shared relevant information, and moderated discussions on TARSHI’s social media channels. Support for TARSHI’s capacity building initiatives: analyzed, corrected, and commented on eLearning course participants’ responses; coordination, preparation, advertising, participant registration, and on‐site support for in-person trainings.
