Work with the board of directors towards advancing human rights of sex workers, advocacy initiative towards decriminalizing sex work, liaise with DC working group on sex workers rights. Leading the Institute's programs and sub-grants in India, Albania, Macedonia and Serbia, including managing grantee partner relationships, budgets, fundraising, hiring consultants and providing organizational support in an effort to increase Political Participation of LGBTIQ people.
