• Responsible for leading the testing team . Day to day activities include managing testing activities, defect management, attending defect meetings, managing resolution of defects, follow ups in case of delays while ensuring the timelines are met.• Expert in Identification and Creation of Test Strategy and approach.• Close interactions with business, clients and DEV teams to troubleshoot & resolve defects & other related issues.• Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices. • Test planning, Defect Management, Handling Daily Scrum, Backlog grooming etc. • Following and ensuring QMS processes are utilized for all testing practices, while mentoring junior testers.

Working as a QA Moudule lead at Allstate India towards testing of Driving Behavior SDK for Android part of the app. My job here involves close analysis of loads of data generated by the Driving Behavior framework and testing the applications behavior towards improvement for the same. I am also involved in Automation of the regression suite for the framework.I am highly creative and ambitious and contribute to various committees within the organization with creatives, posters, videos, motion posters and so on. I have also utilized my skills to help improve the way we test our products/frameworks.
