• Responsible for entering deadlines into Alecto database• Worked on a special project in a small team for a fixed term to assist in the implementation of new company wide processes• Managed the Renewals portfolio; providing information and updates to third party renewal company. It was during this time (January – April 2007) that I was requested to assist in the design and implementation of a company wide new strategy and spent approximately 3 months in London with a small team of likeminded and experienced leaders in the creation of new processes and systems.
