Current•Lead recruitment efforts for a variety of open roles across the agency spanning from Project Management to Creative to Data Analytics and everything in between.•Conduct phone screens on a daily basis to identify candidates that match the criteria of the applicable role and add to the culture of the agency•Update a weekly report reflecting the status of recruitment across every open role that is shared with leadership•Guide new hires through onboarding to ensure they are welcomed and prepared from Day 1•Management of the following HR systems- ADP Workforce, Built For Teams, Employee Navigator•Assist employees with filing Leave of Absence claims through Guardian•Main point of contact for all employee verifications from external vendors/sources in a timelymanner•Offer knowledge and support on all things benefits
