Early Talent Program Manager & Talent Acquisition Coordinator
CurrentAs the Early Talent Program Manager, I design & manage programs aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining early-career professionals (interns, new graduates). Collaborate with our People Team and department heads to ensure the program aligns with business goals, organize mentorship and training opportunities, oversee recruitment efforts, and provide support to participants throughout their journey. Track performance metrics and continuously improve the program based on feedback.As a Recruiting Coordinator, I help support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, manage candidate communications, and ensure the best candidate experience possible. I help with the recruitment process to ensure it is efficient, well-organized, and candidate-focused.
