Coordinate, organize, supervise, manage the normal activities and current aggairs of the University's Career Development and Alumni Department.Help deepen and strengthen graduate-university-labor market ties.Establish partnership and agreements with competitive labor market organizations and companies.Organize and initiate coyrses, roundtable discussions, trainings and career days on current education and labor market imperatives and issues.Organize the process of conducting internships for students of the University.Cooperate closely with the structural and separate units of the University.Maintain constant feedback with alumni, representatives of structural units of the University, other stakeholders.Participate in the sessions of the Rectorate, submit for approval the documents related to the Department, performed analyses, reports, drafts of other documents.

Assist in the planning and execution of international events.Handle all outgoing or incoming correspondence.Conduct research on international best practices.Draft and review international contracts and agreements.

Under Direction of Quality MAnager, plan and execute Quality Process audits in accordance with current ISO standards and Annual Audit Plan.Support MAnagement Reviews with data analyses, schedules as requested.Assist personnel as needed in preparing for and successfully completing third party quality audits.Work with and under direct supervision of Company's independent third party auditors during their annual audit.Responsible for the day to day actions of the audit team.Responsible for compiling, agreeing, approving, organizing and monitoring the internal audit schedule.Conducted corrective/preventive actions.Conducted Internal Audits /7 Audits/

Plan and coordinate foreign residents' admission procedures.Manage residents' exam schedule and deadlines.Provide ongoing support to the Program Directors and residents throughout the academic year.Maintain vice-rector's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
