I co-founded an organization that connects students around the world to have impactful conversations about topics such as mental health, climate advocacy, and vaccine science in order to mobilize in their communities, but feel connected while doing so. I partner us with larger organizations and also individuals to share what they are doing on our platform to increasing a communal feeling among young activists.

I am a team leader for a research project into creating mental health spaces for students online through the New York Junior Academy of Sciences. I created a team with young scientists from around the world to use our different knowledge, research, and perspectives to design social media to be beneficial for mental health.

I worked as a camp counselor and director on a chapter of the Seeds of Change program for the Alexandria Historical Society. It was a virtual summer camp geared towards engaging students in both climate activism, historical injustices, and history. I worked on a team of students that organized activities, specifically in how to share scientific information in an accessible way so the participants could benefit.

I have given tours for the Alexandria Historical Society, specifically at Gadsby's Tavern for 5 years. In that time I worked with them to instruct kids about the intersections of historical social justice and the environment, and about the rich history of Alexandria. I always loved doing extra research to strengthen my knowledge for guests and share my love of history and its applications with them.

I was selected to be a member of the Society for Science and engage in their alumni network after competing in the BroadCom Masters Top 300 Program for my environmental science project. I am active every science fair season, and during the year participate in the programs they offer in order to communicate with like-minded students and professionals.
