- Curated and facilitated 15 interviews for user personas of Chatham’s internal design system- Analyzed qualitative data and categorized important insights- Observed and learned the process of brainstorming product design using Miro and Axure- Excel analysis of 5000+ feedback survey submissions, 200+ of which were usable data points I then grouped into major themes and sub-themesMy final project was curating comprehensive user personas for our internal Design System. This process involved interviewing multiple individuals in the technology sector to gain insight on use, contribution and pain points of this internal system. Consolidating notes and finding commonalities helped me determine which traits were important to include in these personas. There ended up being 3 final personas, each contributing a different insight.

This process involved collaborating with my manager to ensure that the data we had gathered was accurate and recent and combing through that feedback. Once I had concise data, I created a 6 question quiz that would assess an aspect of children's personality in a short but thorough fashion and convey the results to parents in a positive and effective manner.
