My role involves leading the development of the UK Care Services marketing strategy to deliver growth through acquisition and retention in above and below the line channels. I manage a team of 7 to fulfil the deployment of the marketing communications programme within the UK market to raise awareness of Bupa care homes via an integrated communications strategy. The scope of the team includes both acquisition and retention marketing, via on and off-line channels, reputation management through PR and events, community partnerships (Sustainability) and an in-house design service.
