Anna is a highly motivated Senior Project & Programme Manager confident with leading both IT & Business Change. She has over fifteen years’ experience delivering complex activity in the financial, legal and regulatory sectors, with a particular passion for ensuring people are at the heart of every decision - whether that’s leading a dedicated cultural transformation programme, or ensuring people change is managed effectively as part of technology implementations. She is adept at working in new environments, extremely organised with excellent communication and stakeholder skills and enjoys leading and motivating teams.
