Coaching at both inidividual and group level to engender learning and promote skills and knowledge.Coach candidates in job search techniques and strategies for career assessment and career direction Facilitate various intervention workshops, both on client site and company premises e.g. line manager coaching, post termination meetings, dealing with change workshops, acted as consultant-on-duty to provide specialist advice at client site/s and undertook appropriate crisis counselling for newly retrenched candidatesCo-Ordinate and evaluate personal performance through conducting individual consulting sessions to identify development needs, analyse gaps and plan strategies to ensure success within each persons career aspirationProactive, accurate and timely records management of all workshops and counselling sessions in line with all Key Performance Indicators and business requirements and ensure that reports are managed both post meeting and monthly in line with confidentiality agreementsAlign and re-design programs in line with client and business needs and deliver high quality workshops. Tailor presentations and content to meet the audience needs and implement other programs, as requiredProject manage onsite intervention programs for clients Consistently manage the largest caseload of individual candidates on an ongoing basis from a wide range of industries, functions and levels in business; whilst achieving high levels of candidate care and meeting audit and quality standards consistently at 95+% KPIs
