Worked as part of BT's Enterprise Architecture team on the NI Direct programme, working in partnership with Digital Transformation Services (NI Civil Service) and suppliers on a wide variety of interesting projects aimed at transforming citizen-facing services.Engagement also included Agile coaching work with the Department for Regional Development (DRD) on the Blue Badge digital transformation project, and the Centre for Applied Learning (CAL).Previously:Agile Coach at DAERA on the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) Reform ICT project, and wider Digital Services Division. I trained and coached approximately 60 people across a wide variety of IT and business roles thru the transition from Waterfall to Agile in: Agile values, principles & practices; the Scrum framework; user stories and Agile requirements management; Kanban and visual management; Agile project management; roles & responsibilities etc. The project now has multiple teams successfully using Scrum to deliver a high-quality product with great business engagement, and Agile is being adopted across the department on other projects. I facilitated Scrum events (daily stand-ups, release & sprint planning, reviews, retros, backlog refinement) for the Scrum teams (PO, SM, dev team inc testers) and other (business & technical) stakeholders.I performed the ScrumMaster role on each Scrum team whilst mentoring and coaching the supplier SM with a view to handing over the role.
