I believe in the profound power of eliminating shame and normalizing the human experience. My style is warm, compassionate, person-centered, and direct.I primarily support adults who are looking to do work around navigating major life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, growth in parenting/caregiving and increasing self-worth and self-esteem. I am particularly well versed in early childhood development and respectful, collaborative parenting.
