I have deep experience in the education and technical training sectors encompassing a combination of skills in team leadership, learning and development and program  management. I am passionate about sustainability and the environment and am looking for opportunities to bring these skills to the climate sector.As a program manager I have worked with early and late stage startups as well as established companies.  I use data-driven decision making, clear and empathetic communication, and Agile methodologies to deliver high business value.
