I first began my healthcare experience in 2019 when I became a clinical care extender for UCLA's COPE health scholar program. I was able to provide patient care such as ADLs, personal hygiene, and vital sign collection under the direct supervision of an RN/CNA. Since then I have obtained a Bachelor's of science in Biology and my CNA certificate. I have worked as a patient care technician throughout the pandemic from 2020 until present time. While working I returned back to school and obtained my BSN through Concordia University, Irvine's accelerated BSN program. I am looking to exercise my clinical reasoning and critical thinking as a registered nurse and grow with my healthcare association.
