My responsibilities were to assure the quality of work being performed for the following disciplines: Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing and the Architectural shell for 18 levels in the Acute Tower and 9 levels in the WISH Clinic. I also verify concrete installs prior to placements for the slump, air, concrete temperature and mix design as it pertains to specification. I also inspect post placements for Mass concrete, by reading loggers installed in the walls and slabs, for Celsius and Fahrenheit temperatures and convert the Celsius to PSI as needed for the 75% required to remove the forms from the Post Tension Wall and Deck Slabs. I also inspected the Post Tensioning in the Beams as they pertain to the Parabolic curves per every 4' to assure the tendons were at the proper elevations to be stressed at the required 7% of elongation. On a daily basis, inspection reports, for all work performed, is electronically stored with all deficiencies, work in compliance, photos and drawing details as they pertain to the specifications and conformed drawings in Autodesk BIM 360.

My responsibilities were to assure the proper installation and placement of all rebar, concrete, asphalt, earthworks and underground utilities according to specifications, ACI or TXDOT references. Other responsibilities included maintaining QA reports, thoroughly breakdown all potential change orders to minimize the most cost effective options.

My responsibilities were to observe and assure proper procedures were being performed for the demoing the existing pavement, installing polymer concrete and properly installing the joint sealant filler for types B,E and F joints.

My responsibilities were tracking quantities cost codes for payouts, RFI Logs, submittal logs, daily construction reports, take-offs , day and night runway / taxiway closures with circuit lockouts and drawing visual aids for clarification of field work. I also observed and verified the proper installation for the 12" and 18" PVC pipe with fittings, cathodic protection, bonding adhesive, gate valves and reducers for the Waterline from Terminal "E " to Terminal "C" North Hardstand.

My responsibilities were to assure the proper and quality installation of various lengths and widths of Cast Iron and PVC pipe, with a 1% slope to the Grease Interceptors at Terminals A,B,C and E located above and below grade.
