Mr. Duncan is a former partner of the law firm Arnall Golden Gregory LLP. Mr. Duncan’s practice focused on advising start-up companies and publicly traded companies with regard to corporate and securities matters such as public and private offerings. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Duncan was an attorney-advisor in Washington D.C. with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) Division of Corporation Finance. Mr. Duncan has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, which includes the development of Thurgood Estates, a 75 lot $65 million residential subdivision project consisting of approximately 75 acres as well as 3 other subdivision developments and over 50 custom homes between the years 2004 and 2008 ranging from $500,000 to over $1.5 million. Mr. Duncan received his BBA in Finance from Emory University in 1989 and his J.D. from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas in 1994 where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
