In my pursuit of a non-traditional path, I made the decision to forego college and dive headfirst into the world of IT. My interest in technology led me to a role with contractors for Comcast as an Installation Technician, where I quickly ascended the ranks, showcasing my dedication and expertise. From Lead Technician to QA Manager, full-time trainer, Supervisor, and ultimately Field Manager, I demonstrated a remarkable ability to adapt and excel in the fast-paced world of telecommunications.As my family grew, I sought a career that offered a more stable schedule. Transitioning away from Comcast, I redirected my focus toward structured wiring and Avaya phone system installations. This decision marked the beginning of my journey to PGH Networks, where I have since become an integral part of the team.At PGH Networks, I initially joined as a Senior Voice Engineer, contributing significantly to the technical aspects of the company. My dedication and innovative mindset played a key role in the fine-tuning of the Dispatcher role and the development of the Project Manager position. Recognizing my exceptional skills and leadership qualities, I was appointed Director of Professional Services, a position where I oversee and guide the strategic implementation of projects and the Professional Services department.Beyond my professional achievements, I am deeply passionate about my personal life. I find immense joy in spending time with my wife, two daughters, friends, and extended family. Embracing a variety of hobbies, from golf, biking, and hiking to yard games, basketball, and co-ed softball, I balance work with an active and fulfilling personal life.As a true enthusiast, I also enjoy attending as many Phish concerts as possible, showcasing my appreciation for music and live performances.
