Our methodology in security is a direct product of multiple years of high threat security for U.S. diplomats and high-ranking military officers, in hazardous theaters, such as Iraq and Afghanistan. I built and completed national program’s customer service initiative for donations within Walmart Stores. Created community based programs for gathering donations for children in need, and wrote press releases, speeches, and created presentations for The State of Arkansas Nurses Association Convention. I am a leader in Executive networking and engagement- I accumulated relationships with Education Administration and community leaders for programs, created Strategic plans for volunteer onboarding, and managed multiple streams of data for retail execution. I also created the Customer Service guideline and handbook, including all FAQ’s for major retail environment (3800 stores). I managed participant’s winnings and awards for all program participants, and all legal affidavits for participation.
