Created community based programs for gathering donations for children in need, and wrote press releases, speeches, and created presentations for The State of Arkansas Nurses Association Convention. I am a leader in Executive networking and engagement- I accumulated relationships with Education Administration and community leaders for programs, created Strategic plans for volunteer onboarding, and managed multiple streams of data for retail execution. I also created the Customer Service guideline and handbook, including all FAQ’s for major retail environment (3800 stores). I managed participant’s winnings and awards for all program participants, and all legal affidavits for participation.
