Maintained metrics and assisted in the direction of various aspects of a large limestone mine, crushing / screening and feeding the chemical processing plant. The O’Neal Quarry and Plant in Calera, AL converted 800 TPH of varying quality limestone into finished lime for an array of customers. • Utilize Carlson and Surpac to create and implement a mine plan to manage company and contractor fleets for overburden, movement, drilling and blasting.• Produced weekly scorecard for tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) pertaining to various targets for operations• Filled in for shift Supervisors and led safety discussions and conducted audits with crews and management.• Created and implemented productive quality procedure for quality control drilling program reducing the amount of time required for QC drilling while still obtaining the same quantity and quality of data from one week to one day per week.• Supervised Slope Drilling Program including maintenance and production optimization, achieving an increase from 480 ft per shift to 600 of production drilling.
