About Anthony Oxley
An experienced ITIL v3 qualified Service Management professional, I have over 25 years of IT Service Management and IT Operations experience in the worlds of Academia, SMB, and large corporate organisations. I come from a technical and customer orientated background which gives me a unique perspective on Service delivery and acceptance. I have a proven track record in delivering capability and overseeing support operations, including leading multi-national teams. Experienced in a number of different Service delivery models including gated delivery, waterfall, and Agile; I have successfully implemented business improvement strategies and digital capability using ITIL, and other best practice frameworks. This has included industrialisation of Services, developing and embedding Service delivery frameworks (Promote to Production), and Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration process suites; designing and delivering a Service Design Package models. Chair of the ITSMF Service Level Management Special Interest Group (SIG), and a member of the Service Transition SIG working party, I regularly present at local, regional, and national ITSMF events. I regularly broadcast on BrightTalk summits in the areas of Service Integration and Management; Service Level Management; Change and Release Management; Configuration Management; and, Service Design Packages.
